Your Tasks:

    Gain valuable hands-on experience during your thesis by contributing to real-world projects, including:

    • Planning according to HOAI for Electrical Systems or Technical Building Services (MEP)
    • Conducting building condition assessments and determining the scope of refurbishment and maintenance needs
    • Supporting the development and implementation of energy-efficient renovation strategies
    • Contributing to a variety of facility management consulting projects

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation (MSR), Supply Engineering, Process Engineering, or Energy and Building Technology—or a related field.
  • You work independently and are known for your professional and positive demeanor.
  • You’re a team player with a hands-on attitude, a willingness to travel, and a talent for solving problems.
  • You are confident using Microsoft Office and ideally already have experience with planning software such as DDS-CAD or AVA ASBwin.
