Your Tasks:
- Strategic consulting in facility and real estate management
- Procurement of facility and property management services
- Oversight and performance monitoring of external service providers
- Project management and hands-on support during implementation phases
- Key account management, including client presentations and workshops
- Development of detailed technical specifications
- Active involvement in shaping and executing our clients’ digitalization strategies

- have a degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, utility or electrical engineering, facility management, business administration, economics, information technology or comparable
- have practical experience in the procurement and implementation of facility management services
- have strong German skills, both written and spoken
- work professionally and independently, with a confident and positive presence
- feel confident in the Microsoft Office world
