Your Tasks:

  • Conducting and managing DGNB audits and verifying compliance with DGNB criteria for new and existing projects
  • Preparation of audit reports and evaluation of the sustainability performance of buildings
  • Strategic and conceptual advice to clients on the implementation of DGNB criteria, ESG/EU taxonomy and funding opportunities
  • Support in the development of sustainability strategies for buildings
  • Determination of optimisation potential and full responsibility for the preparation and submission of verification documents
  • Management of pre-checks and full certifications (especially for the DGNB system) for new and existing projects
  • Training of colleagues in the area of DGNB certification

You...

  • Have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, economics or comparable qualifications
  • have experience in the planning and realisation of buildings certified according to DGNB or comparable formats
  • has experience in conducting DGNB audits and preparing audit reports
  • has a comprehensive understanding of sustainability aspects in the construction industry
  • have strong analytical skills to structure complex issues, identify problems and derive solutions from them
  • have a high level of customer and service orientation
  • have strong communication skills and persuasiveness
  • have a very good command of German and English
