Your Tasks:
- Strategic consulting: Analyze our clients' needs and challenges of their real estate and develop AI strategies (planning, construction, operations, and management).
- Solution development: Design and implement tailored AI solutions – from predictive maintenance and intelligent space utilization to process automation.
- Project management: Independently lead AI projects – from requirements analysis to implementation – including stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
- Knowledge transfer: Conduct training sessions, advise clients on current AI trends, and help them unlock the full potential of Data & AI.
You...
- have several years of experience in AI consulting, ideally in real estate, facility management, or related industries
- have a strong understanding of data-driven business models, cloud environments, and modern AI technologies (e.g., Azure, Python, Generative AI)
- are confident in communicating and presenting to clients – in both German and English
- bring team spirit, a proactive work style, and a drive to make things happen
