Your Tasks:
- Support in the planning of real estate projects with a focus on smart building, including specification of stories taking into account structured customer requirements
- Design of digital system architecture, user flow diagrams
- Construction implementation support
- Further development of tools and methodology of our consulting services
You...
- studying a subject related to architecture, real estate, digitalisation, engineering at Bachelor's or Master's level
- have initial experience with smart building technologies relating to IoT hardware, software, protocols (BACnet, KNX, Modbus, OPC, BLE, DALI etc.) and data visualisation
- work professionally, independently and are characterised by a positive demeanour
- are a team player with a willingness to travel and a problem solver.
